Coventry City midfielder Tom Bayliss has committed his future to The Sky Blues by signing a new four-year contract.
The midfielder, 19, only made his first team debut in November 2017 in The Checkatrade Trophy against West Bromwich Albion U23’s before scoring just two minutes into his league debut against Cheltenham Town less than a month later.
Bayliss would go on to finish the 2017/2018 Season making 32 appearances, scoring six goals including in the second leg of the League Two Play-Off Semi-Final as Coventry City won promotion back to League One.
Bayliss’ impressive performances were then further rewarded with his first international call up to the England U19 squad, where he won two caps in The European Championships in Finland before returning to start the 2018/2019 Season.
Bayliss follows Michael Doyle, Maxime Biamou, Liam Kelly and Dominic Hyam on signing new contracts this summer.
