Morris recalled by Middlesbrough, then sent to York.

Championship side Middlesbrough have this morning recalled Bryn Morris from his loan at Coventry City, before sending him to League Two side York City just hours later.

Morris, the England U20 captain, joined The Sky Blues in the summer on a season-long loan from Middlesbrough, but after only seven appearances has been recalled.

With two starts, both away at Rochdale in the league & League Cup, and five further substitute appearances, Middlesbrough have this afternoon sent Morris to League Two side York City to get more playing time in his development.

Morris will spend the next month with the League Two side.
