Former Coventry City defender Elliott Ward will officially complete a move to newly promoted Championship side AFC Bournemouth on July 1st.
Ward who came to The Ricoh Arena from West Ham United after loan spells ar Peterborough United, Plymouth Argyle and Bristol Rovers, will sign a one-year deal with The Cherries.
Whilst with City, Ward captained the side before finding himself loaned to fellow Championship side Doncaster Rovers by Chris Coleman towards the end of his time at the club.
Following the expiration of his contract at the Ricoh, Ward joined Norwich City where he gained promotion to The Premier League before having two loan spells at Nottingham Forest before being released this summer.
