New Coventry City manager Russell Slade is set to be reunited with his former captain Nathan Clarke when the transfer window opens tomorrow.
Clarke, 33, was Slade’s captain at Leyton Orient and together they reached the Play-Off Final but moved to Bradford City in July 2015.
This season he has been restricted to only four appearances for the Bantams and now looks set to rejoin Slade.
After this afternoon’s 1-1 draw at Peterborough United, Slade confirmed that as many as three players could be signed in time to face Bolton Wanderers on Monday afternoon, with two experienced League One players and one younger Championship player being lined up.
